Please Note: Our Settlement Repairs Program consists of all “settlement related issues:  wavy ceiling and sag , nail pops, cracks in corners and trim and visible drywall seams. Prior to starting, we will walk with the homeowner and mark all items that need to be repaired. Then, we will explain the cause of the problem and the proper solution. Upon completion, we will walk with the homeowner to make sure that they are satisfied with the quality of work and that all issues were repaired to their satisfaction before we begin the painting process.
